Use this guide when reviewing your furniture shortlist. It is a planning aid, not an order confirmation.
Your selection
Confirm the product, variant, colour, material and quantity. Check bed and mattress dimensions together; model names alone do not confirm compatibility.
Your space
Measure the full furniture footprint and leave space for doors, drawers, chairs and walkways.
The delivery route
Check lift and doorway openings, corridors, stairs and turning space. Product dimensions are different from packaging dimensions.
The complete cost
Confirm the currency, product price, packaging volume, delivery and installation charges, and any special handling fees. Do not treat an estimate as a confirmed total.
Timing and support
Confirm the expected lead time, delivery arrangements and applicable sales and after-sales terms before payment. Keep the written order details.
