2. Confirm before paying
Confirm availability, materials, quantity, product price, delivery charges and timing with FH. Products marked as unavailable or price to confirm are not ready for online purchase.
3. Prepare for delivery
Check doorways, lifts, corridors and installation requirements. Agree delivery arrangements for your order; do not assume a preferred date is guaranteed.
4. Keep your order information
Keep your order number and confirmed specifications. For a product issue, record the affected item and take clear photos to support your discussion with FH.
